Perfect boutique retreat . leisure + luxury in Le Marche, Italy
Superb spacious Villa Olivo is set amongst olives and magical gardens overlooking the Adriatic just perfect! .. Includes all possible amenities, gym, spa, personal trainer, yoga and trips to nearby historic sights, beaches and sailing, wineries and designer shopping were fantastic! Own personal fine dining chef and Antonella’s fabulous traditional cooking and classes were great . a must for foodies! Thank you all . cant wait for our next visit!!

If you're looking for a 5 stars luxury facility in central Italy, drop by VILLA OLIVO in Marche region. Great care for details, nothing is left to chance even hues of my room! It's been so relaxing, very close to the sea, surrounded by countryside. I recommend you try!

Truly idyllic Italy!
What can I say about Villa Olivo? It was amazing, and I'd love to go back sometime. The decor is beautiful and everything you could possibly need is in the fabulous kitchen, just made for wonderful group meals. We were bowled over by the meal the owner's housekeeper cooked for us, and the spa was out of this world. Our visit was brief but it's the perfect place for a large family or group to totally relax in stunning surroundings. The owners have done a fantastic job and we've been singing Villa Olivo's praises ever since! Grazie Villa Olivo!

Luxurious hidden gem in an undiscovered part of Italy.
We stayed two nights at Villa Olivo in late April as part of a short trip to discover Le Marche. A frequent traveller to Italy, it was an area I am ashamed to say, I knew nothing about!
The landscape is fantastic, majestic peaks and mountainous roads, sweep down to hidden valleys, glistening lakes and unspoilt beaches. There is history here, so much it could keep you busy for a long time. Wonderful hilltop villages make days out fun, especially as you want to continue just a little further to see what is around the next corner.
So that is a little about Le Marche..
As for Villa Olivo, wow! Just wow.
First impression as you drive through the private gates, is that the garden is well maintained and the house looks picture perfect and inviting.
Open the front door and the view that greets you is also perfect, stretching down across the hills to the sea.
Each bedroom has been beautifully decorated and I found myself wondering where various things came from - especially the gorgeous linen curtains that floated gently in the breeze from our bedroom window.
The whole house is beautiful and whilst we enjoyed the spa and gym, we spent most of our time in the kitchen (I have severe kitchen envy), at the long table in front of the kitchen, and the living room beside it. The views were perfect and it was a wonderful place to hang out, enjoy cooking and fire off the odd work email.
It really felt like the owners had thought of everything.
The pool looked inviting but it was just a little too cool for me to bare all in April, a good excuse to return I feel :-)
Who would it suit? Families - extended or even two families, a group of friends, a small and exclusive yoga retreat maybe, or, if you are feeling a bit indulgent like us, take the whole 6 bedroom house just for the two of you. And for a little more indulgence, have someone come and cook for you :-)
I can highly recommend Villa Olivo and hope to return to Le Marche before long.

We are very lucky to be located in such an untouched and undiscovered part of Italy.
We agree with you that in April the pool is a little cool even if the outside air temperature is warming up, so to help our guests make the most of their time at Villa Olivo who stay with us between April and October, we will now also be heating our outside infinity pool during this time too!

La Villa è bellissima, splendidamente arredata e curata in ogni minimo particolare. I proprietari e lo staff sono stati estremamente cortesi e presenti per qualunque nostra richiesta e necessità. Una vista mozzafiato che arriva fino al mare, l'alba, Loreto e tanto altro ... oltre ogni nostra migliore aspettativa. Una settimana perfetta anche per la nostra cagnolina. Perfect for Wedding, Retreat or Special Getaway
I brought my family to this location as the location was convenient, and the website made it look very compelling. After conversations with the concierge there, I booked my stay for a multi-night getaway between trip chapters. The beautiful photos don't do it justice even... it is better than you can imagine. A perfect retreat set atop a hillside overlooking olive & wine groves pressing against the Adriatic. It's a short drive or bike ride into a local town, though why would you ever want to leave? They will do they grocery shopping, cooking, set up massages and tours, and even stock the wine cabinet. I was so sad to leave and am already planning my longer trip back next year!

This is the perfect setting for a destination wedding or family gathering!
Perfect location, great views, every amenity one could ask for! This villa and the surrounding property is gorgeous! Comfortable bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, in home spa and gym, movie room, pool with views of the Adriatic, room for everyone to find their space and for gathering together. Francesca, the concierge is amazing! Loved our time there!

Perfect location and venue
The La Oliva estate is a perfect retreat escape. I visited the property recently to check its suitability to take my clients on a Pilates retreat. The facilities are second to none. The design is fantastic. Francesca the concierge is a wealth of information and can arrange anything for you. The views, the spa, the grounds and the decor is just perfect. We will be back for our retreat in 2020.

A car would be recommended if you wanted to visit surrounding areas.
