The washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently located in the old pantry. Head up the steep cottage-style stairs to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms. The first is king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room and WC. The second is a double bedroom,also with Smart TV. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with freestanding bath and WC. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard,the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. The courtyard also has a secure outbuilding for bicycle storage.
