Fabulous 1st floor apartment on the prestigious Roda Golf and Beach Resort. Maintained to the highest of standards, with many extras, we aim to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their holiday as much as we do. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as open plan sitting/dining area and separate kitchen with utility hatch. It comes fully equipped with additional luxuries including a water filter (save buying and carrying bottled water!) a dishwasher and ipod docking station. We also supply a small stock of toilet rolls, soap, cleaning materials, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. We do request that items are replaced if used excessively.

Interaction with guests
Once your booking has been confirmed we will send to you our own reservation form which requires details of flight times etc so we can be organised for your arrival. You will be met at the main gate to the resort by our agent and taken to the property so no need to worry about finding it! Our agent is also on hand throughout your stay should you have any problems.

The property has an apartment guide for you which will provide information about the resort and the surrounding area and hopefully be of use throughout your stay.

We stayed at the apartment Sept 2017 it is well decorated and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals as at home. This is my third time booking this apartment as it is in a fabulous location and is bright and spacious and also has a great view over the pool. I will definitely be back again!

About the neighbourhood
Los Alcazares is a traditional Spanish town on the western shore of the Mar Menor. The clear warm waters, a palm fringed promenade and relaxed informal atmosphere makes it popular with Brits and Spanish alike.

The beautiful beach is served by a few small friendly tapas bars providing refreshments and snacks. Sun loungers and canopies are available for daily hire, but there is also plenty space to take your own. The warm shallow waters also make the area perfect for watersports, including sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, kitesurfing and scuba diving.

There is a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants spanning from the predominantly English area of the Oasis, through to the vibrant international area of Balneario Plaza and then on into the traditional Spanish area in the town centre. Ther...

Getting around
The resort is very close to San Javier airport so there is a large choice of ca hire companies available.

The closest train station is in the nearby town of Balsicas (Mar Menor) where trains can be caught to Cartegena, Murcia city or even directly to Madrid.

During peak season in July and August a shuttle bus runs from the resort to the old town in Los Alcazares so is a convenient way to travel for those wishing to venture out for the night or simply just down to the shops or beach

The apartment is situated less than 10 minutes from Murcia San Javier airport and less than an hour south of Alicante airport.

We supply directions for our guests to the resort and everyone will be met on arrival and taken to the apartment to ensure everything is satisfactory.

Although a car is not essential we do advise one for easy access to the whole of the surrounding area. We can provide recommendations for car hire on request.

Airport pick ups at San Javier can be arranged.
