Outside, the infinity-style private swimming pool is set at the side of the villa and is surrounded by a private terrace with 6 sunbeds and parasols. This is the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the views and the boats passing-by. A brick-built barbecue with outdoor shaded dining area is also available for delicious al-fresco meals. Private parking is available within the grounds.
NOTES:
-In response to COVID-19, this property has extended cleaning & disinfection measures & protocols to guarantee the safety of our guests.
-Airconditoning in the sitting room is offered with charge (10€/day). There is no cost for the aircondition in the bedrooms.

I booked for my daughter and her friends for her 21st birthday.
It was absolutely perfect and the host is amazing. Nothing is to much trouble.
My daughter had a fabulous time.
Location was perfect, and all the surrounding areas very beautiful.
I willl definitely book again but will be for myself!

Ein Wohlfühlort…
Wir haben nun das fünfte Jahr in Folge unseren Urlaub in der liebevoll gepflegten und komfortablen Villa Kalami Sunlight verbracht. Die sehr herzliche Besitzerin ist immer für ihre Gäste erreichbar und macht die Villa zu einem Wohlfühlort. Wir waren nun das erste Mal im April auf Korfu. Es ist eine wunderbare Zeit um zu wandern und die beginnende Blütenzeit zu genießen. Die Wanderungen haben wir direkt an der Villa begonnen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Best airbnb and host I have ever experienced!
The best view, villa and host in Corfu!!!
We were 4 people here - everything was clean, everything was neat and Stamatoula our host was really helpful and extremely kind. I will definetly book here again when I take a trip to Corfu! This was probably the best trip of my life, and definetly the best airbnb I have ever been in. It was a pleasure!

Fantastic holiday retreat with outstanding view
The Villa is as beautiful as the pictures show - and far beyond that. Very spacious rooms and a veranda and infinity pool area with a terrific view to the Kalami Bay.
Well equipped kitchen, a/c works perfectly. Our host Stamatoula was so nice and helpful! Sometime the Wifi was a little bit lame, but who needs fasf Internet when you have such a luxurious Villa with a view.

It's even better!!
We had the perfect holiday at Kalami Beach Sunlight Villa.
The pictures are inferior to the reality on location. It's even better!
The villa is very clean und very roomy. You have a wonderful outdoor space with an amazing view and a private and clean pool. We enjoyed the stay very much and i would book it consistently.
On top Stamatoula is a very friendly and helpful person, who is not intrusive but very intent. She helped us out with taxi, corona tests and so on. You can rent scooter, quads and a boat very close....

Stunning Views! Amazing Host!
Kalami Beach Sunlight Villa was amazing! Everything we needed. The space is great with 3 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. The kitchen views are beautiful. The deck and pool area are so nice. 10 out of 10 for this amazing place. Can't wait to go back. The host, Stamatoula, is so helpful and her response time is so fast. Can't say enough about this Villa!!

Villa Sunlight
Beautiful villa with gorgeous views. Well equipped and very clean - the rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Lovely pool and area around the pool along with a patio as well. Always got a quick response from the owner when required which was not often. The only issue was that we should have perhaps hired a car as we are a bit older than we were the last time we visited the area as the hill up from the beach seemed a bit steeper. Also internet was a bit variable and we had to be careful not to go over to an Albanian network.

Outstanding Villa.
We have just returned from an amazing family holiday in Villa Kalami Sunlight.
A stunning location with fabulous views!
If starting the day off with breakfast on a sun drenched terrace looking across Kalami Bay to the beautiful Albanian Mountains sound good then look no further.
The villa itself was spotlessly clean on arrival. The AC “quiet mode” was great and made the bedrooms comfortable even on the 36ºC days.
Kalami Sunlight is an “upside down house”, maximising the views from the main terrace and living room. Sit by the infinity pool and watch the boats come and go.
Kalami village has two local supermarkets selling everything you need
including a fish mongers.
Three or four good tavernas line the shoreline.
The waters are crystal clear for snorkelling and there are 4 quieter bays, 2 north , 2 south, within walking distance.
A car helps get to the beach from the villa. Otherwise if you can walk the steep footpath back up from the village (not for the elderly or infirm) you will still have the excellent Taverna Dimitris just a short walk away in the evenings for dinner.
Having travelled the world extensively on business and for pleasure, Kalami is now one of our new favourite places.

The views are amazing from the villa. It is situated in a very unspoilt part of Corfu with wonderful walking and snorkelling possiblities. The villa is very well kept and the owner came in twice a week to clean and give us fresh towels. The villa is very spacious especially the outdoor space. The owner is very friendly and even gave us a sea bream and sea bass. We had one of the best family holidays ever staying there.

Dirty, not as pictured in the photos and not very serious that they want additional costs which are not listed
We booked the Kalami Sunlight Villa through booking.com and received a booking confirmation. For us the reservation was not free of charge cancellable. A few days after booking we have received a message that we should pay twice the price as stated in the booking confirmation. That was the first what was not very serious: to increase the price after the booking. When we arrived at the property the next shock came. We booked the house mainly because of the terrace. But it was not as pictured in the photos. On the one part of the terrace, instead of the large dining table, there were only a trashcan and cleaning utensils. On the other part of the terrace there were also no furniture as in the photos, instead plenty of garbage. The pool was only one third filled with water and also totally dirty and unusable. When we asked Stamatoula she just told us that the terrace was closed. During the day it was 14 ° C and sunny. They themselves used their terrace right next door. And the terrace is part of the house they rent. Also, she could inform us in advance that we should pay a higher price, but we did not received any information that the terrace can not be used! The same with the grill, it was not usable and totally dirty. Also the fireplace was not usable. At booking.com was stated that a bathtub is available, but it does not exist. Further there were not a safe and toiletries how it was stated. Even enough toilet paper was not available. There was only one role per bath and that for 3 people and 4 days. But worst of all was, that there were no heating options, although these are listed as well. At booking.com it says that there are heaters. And there are heaters in all rooms. But they were not usable. Instead, we should use the air conditioning. And for this, they demanded a daily additional charge for the living room, although even on their own homepage says that the air conditioning is included in the price. This is more than dubious, to charge additional fees, although on the booking platform as well as on their own homepage other information’s are made and you will also not informed in advance. In summary, for a price of 40 percent above the price, which is stated on the own homepage as a starting price, we have got only 2 rooms, which we could use, instead of a house with terrace and pool, living room (not usable, as not heatable), barbecue, fireplace, bathtub, safe and toiletries. Unfortunately, because of this experience we only had holiday frustration instead of holiday fun and definitely can not recommend this accommodation.

We feel sorry about your disappointment. It was clear and informed that the accomodation doen't work in the winter time, as well as all the others accomodations(hotels,appartments,tavernas,markets etc) in the area.
You have been informed that the outdoor area( pool, Bq, terrace) it was closed in December. You also paid the agreed amount of the Booking.com had confirmed without any extra charge.
We wish to have you again, in the summer period from April untill Octomber. Thank you Stamatoula
