Below my expectations
I’ll start with the positives. Beautiful location. Very close to local shops and cafes. Barbara beach is amazing with crystal clear waters and fantastic views. The pool is great, very clean and tidy outdoor area. There is a baby pool as well which was very useful for our 2 and 5 year old kids. Kelly and Andreas were very helpful and polite. They allowed us to check out late and we thank them for that.
The negatives. Unfortunately too many. Both bedrooms had a very bad musty smell which is a result of humidity. The Wi-Fi very weak and unstable. The cleanness and of the room was bad. What you see was ok but what you don’t see was full of dirt. There was dirt under the living room table, the Tv table, the armchair and the beds. The cleaners came after 4 days and they left a couple of towels and that was all. There was a power issue for almost 24 hours and they didn’t even apologise to us. Everything we had in our fridge we had to throw away! I personally went down to the beach bar to discuss this with them and they made me feel sorry for them. They seem not interested about us and what was our problem.
