Our beautiful villa is located in the traditional village of Peyia and conveniently placed 25 mins drive from Paphos Airport, 15 mins drive from Paphos town and 5 mins drive to Coral Bay Beach resort. The centre of Peyia village, complete with restaurants, tavernas, banks and shops is only five or so minutes walk along a well-lit road.
Inside, we have a fully-equipped kitchen, full air conditioning/central heating in every room and a gas fire in the lounge, offering year-round comfort. The villa has been tastefully decorated to an exceptional standard. In fact, Villa Harmony has been refurnished with new bedding, curtains and furniture ready for the new season in 2017 and updated for 2018. It truly is luxurious accommodation that regularly receives 5* recommendations and reviews.
Very well equipped with comfortable furniture, SKY channels, Freeview and Catch up Internet TV, DVD, CD and WiFi (see further info below re languages for TV).
The landscaped private gardens surround a spectacular private Infinity pool offering views over the coastline from Sea Caves to Paphos. A large area of patio surrounds the pool for plenty of sun. There are also areas of cover, for those who prefer to stay in the shade.

ABOUT THE AREA
Peyia Village square, with its traditional Cypriot Tavernas, serving local dishes also has banks, a post-office, bars, tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets. Our Villa is just a 5-7 minute walk into the Village Square, which is the centre of all amenities. There is a nearby gym with daily fitness classes for the active people.
Peyia Village Centre is a 5 minute drive from Coral Bay beach resort and our villas have panoramic sea views. Paphos, the main town, which has a bustling harbour, market, shops & nightlife is 15 minutes coastal drive to the south. The well-known fishing harbour of Latchi, the mythical baths of Aphrodite and the Polis town are a 25 minutes scenic drive away from the villa. A 10 minute drive up the coast will take you to the picturesque bay of St. George, leading to the Akamas peninsula, an area of natural beauty.

This three bedroom villa is in a great location with spectacular views. What makes the villa is definitely the outdoor space.
Peyia is a lovely village about 35 mins drive from Paphos airport and close to Coral Bay. You drive up into the hills and it’s this location that gives the villa it’s wonderful views out across the coast. It’s a short drive from the village itself or about a 20 minute walk.
Inside the villa is well equipped with a large kitchen, lounge, dining room and a bedroom with two single beds downstairs. The bedroom has an en suite shower and there’s also another separate downstairs loo. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, again both en suite and both have large balcony’s with tables and chairs to again take in that view. The en-suite to the master bedroom is enormous with both a whirlpool bath and shower.
Outside there is a dining table and chairs, a soft seating area and sun beds. There is also a superb barbecue. There’s a shower to the side of the property for use before going in the pool and a drying area for washing at the back of the property (there’s a utility room with a washing machine and iron). Then there’s the pool - it’s the main feature and words don’t do it justice. With shallow steps at the villa end, it runs to (I’m guessing) 8 to 10 feet deep at the infinity end that offers the fantastic view - and that’s why we spent almost all our time outside! That said, we only barbecued once because there are great places nearby to eat (Geitonia offers great food at amazing prices!).
So to summarise - lovely holiday home with everything you need to make it a fantastic holiday. Any minuses? There are a number of steps up to the villa from the drive; we arrived late at night and the outside lights weren’t on so it wasn’t easy. The downstairs room smelt musty but I think we were the first people to stay there for sometime because of the travel restrictions. Would I recommend? Certainly! And we hope to go back next year!

Myself, my wife and our two young boys (3 and 8 months) stayed in Villa Harmony in Sept this year and had an incredible holiday. From the moment we contacted the host (Tracy) we were given all the info required and plenty of reassurances for our stay given the global situation. We are so glad we decided to go away despite all the uncertainty, and had one of our best holidays ever. The Villa is home from home, very family friendly and a great location. Some lovely local places to eat in Peyia village and a short drive to the sea, Coral Bay and Paphos centre. The site manager they employ (Charlotte) was so accommodating and helped source everything we needed for the stay, from a kids bed rail to children friendly cutlery - she could not have done more to make our stay so relaxing. The pool of the Villa is lovely, with a great view of the sea and Paphos. I highly recommend the authentic BBQ in the villa for some lovely meals in the evening If anyone is in doubt about a holiday to Paphos during this pandemic then please think again and go for it, we will certainly be back to Villa Harmony in 2021.

Great stay!
Thank you for a lovely stay Tracey! Appreciate the quick responses to emails, which was very reassuring.
The villa was perfect for us, with each bedroom having an en-suite and everything we could need was provided.
The patio and pool are lovely with a gorgeous view of the coast and although it was a bit chilly for a swim in the pool in November, we gave it a go!
Highly recommend the Old Cinema in Peyia for dinner to anyone visiting. We are vegetarian and they had a bit more choice for vegetarian options (get the spinach with eggs) as well as the best and most generous portions of Halloumi we had all holiday!

Luxury Peyia Villa
From start to finish, the experience of renting this villa far exceeded expectations. Speedy response times to my initial queries from the owner, Tracy, was well appreciated. She was also able to accommodate my early check-in request, which was a super bonus. The villa itself is outstanding. All photos are accurate, but do not do justice to this spacious villa. Located in the Peyia hillside, the villa is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The villa has a lovely, modern decor, with plenty of space indoors (however didn’t really take advantage of the indoor space except for sleeping). Comfy beds/pillows, and showers with awesome water pressure. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bath and beach towels were large and plush. Plenty of kitchen utensils as well as BBQ equipment, all in great condition. The outside space is the real winner here: manicured gardens with fruit trees surrounding the infinity pool with stunning views. Comfy sun loungers and dining area, as well as a chill-out area all added to the relaxing atmosphere. Animal lovers will really enjoy the villa, as there is an assortment of neighborhood cats that stop by for a treat and a pet. Don’t let this turn you off, as they serve a functional purpose (pest controll for the island) as well as they are truly entertaining. There is a working village in walking distance to the villa with plenty of dining and grocery shopping available. Villa is conveniently located a short drive to Paphos, Peyia town, and the airport. This was our 1st visit to Cyprus, and this experience has made us consider it for future holidays. A five star experience!! Not to take away from this positive review, I do have 2 minor recommendations: 1) as it was November, although daytime temperatures were averaging 27°c, nighttime temps did dip into the teens, which cooled the pool down considerably. Having a pool heater (at an additional fee, of course) would have been a lovely addition. 2) the upstairs bedrooms benefited from lovely terraces , with sliding glass doors fitted with screens. The villa would benefit greatly with all the windows/doors fitted with screens in order to allow the hillside breezes to circulate in the villa whilst keeping flying beasties out. These are merely suggestions to give this 5 star villa the extra edge over the competition. Bravo, Tracy!!

villa Harmony Cyprus. (October 2019).
The villa is incredibly beautiful, We were 5 people. 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ideal.
The pool is also beautiful and very deep, nice sun beds. And all nice and private, no view from outside.
All rooms have air conditioning, it is nice before bedtime.
In the kitchen everything is also present, nice large fridge freezer.
We will definitely recommend this vila to people who go to Cyprus. And maybe we will book this again ourselves.
We like the climate of Cyprus.

Perfect for a family holiday
We had a wonderful break at Villa Harmony. The villa was clean and had all of the mod-cons needed to make our stay most comfortable.
Tracy and the property management team did a great job in making sure that the trip went smoothly and very helpfully a cot was set up and waiting for us - something that was very helpful when travelling with an 8 month old having undertaken a long flight.
Would certainly recommend - it didn't disappoint.

What a fantastic time we all had at this villa. The pool and villa setting was absolutely wonderful, very comfortable and set in a quiet location. Communication with the owners made this very easy in booking and would love to return in the future.

Amazing week away!
We were recommended villa harmony by a family member and we are so happy that we listened to their recommendation ! The week we had was amazing. Prior to arriving Tracey put me in contact with her property management partners as I required a travel cot and a high chair. This was arranged extremely quick ! When we arrived to the villa it was very clean and very spacious. We were also provided with a welcome pack which was very helpful as when we arrived we didn’t have to rush straight to the shop. The views from the villa are amazing and the whole family enjoyed looking out of the infinity pool. Villa harmony is definitely a 5* hotel and I would definitely recommend it to any family or friends who are wanting to go to Cyprus !

Just perfect!
I spent my Easter holiday at Harmony vila in Phapos with my family. I could say now this vila will be our holiday home from Ciprus. Our stay was perfect. The vila is very confortable, clean, stylish and you will enjoy wonderful views. The outdoor space is fantastic and the mediteranean style of the location is fantastic. You will find inside this 5 star vila all what you need and more. Tracy is wonderful and very profesional, bravo! For golfers is the perfect destination in Ciprus. I will come back as soon!

Very nice villa and area.
My family and myself stayed at Villa Harmony from 26/10/2018 – 04/11/2018.
The villa is very nice and very well presented, clean and well decorated. It is also very well equipped with everything you would need for a home from home holiday. It is situated nicely in Peyia, on a street that isn’t busy with local traffic. The bedrooms are a very good size and the ensuite bathrooms are nice and clean and up to date. Plenty of towels are provided. The living room area is lovely and the sofa is very comfortable. The separate dining area came in very handy for evening meals and the British Sky TV channels are an added bonus.
The kitchen is a good size and layout, with ample storage space and has a small dining table in the middle, which came in handy for breakfast and as an extra working surface.
The outdoor and pool area is very well maintained and very nice. It very well equipped with sun loungers, dining furniture and lounge furniture. The pool itself is a nice size. One thing that could be improved is the option to have the pool heated, at extra cost to the customer. The time of year we visited meant that even with the sun shining on the pool, the water was still very cold.
The barbecue is great and easy to use and clean out.
As an overview, the villa is very spacious and big enough for 6 people. It is very comfortable and only a short drive or taxi ride from Coral Bay. It is a matter of minutes by vehicle to Peyia Village, or approximately 15 minutes on foot.
Both Peyia Village and Coral Bay have many eateries and bars, which are all family friendly and the kiosks and supermarkets are plentiful and easily accessible.
Villa Harmony is definitely highly recommended and worth booking.

Peyia is a traditional cypriot village and is only a 5 minute drive from the best beach and resort on the island, Coral Bay. Peyia has many of its own amenities with bakers, supermarkets, butchers, video store, take-aways, banks, tavernas, bars and restaurants and other interesting shops. The village square includes picturesque fountains and historic church and plenty seating areas, to sit and watch the world go by.
Golf, water sports, water parks, diving, jeep safaris, cycling and hiking are all close-by. The Akamas peninsular and forest , with nature,walking and wildlife is 15 mins away. Troodos mountains for scenery and skiing in winter is approx one hours drive.
Lara Beach is famous for nesting turtles, which is 10 minutes drive. Latchi is a picturesque, busy fishing town, with its own marina. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the Marina, many specialising in fish dishes.
Getting around
Car hire is inexpensive in Cyprus and we can recommend a good company.
Taxis and buses are also plentiful, with a bus every 20 minutes from Coral Bay to Paphos and a less frequent service from Peyia to Coral Bay.
