Our beautiful villa is located in the traditional village of Peyia and conveniently placed 25 mins drive from Paphos Airport, 15 mins drive from Paphos town and 5 mins drive to Coral Bay Beach resort. The centre of Peyia village, complete with restaurants, tavernas, banks and shops is only five or so minutes walk along a well-lit road. Inside, we have a fully-equipped kitchen, full air conditioning/central heating in every room and a real fire in the lounge, offering year-round comfort. The villa has been tastefully decorated to an exceptional standard. It truly is luxurious accommodation that regularly receives 5* recommendations and reviews. Very well equipped with comfortable furniture, SKY channels, Freeview and Catch up Internet TV, DVD, CD and WiFi (see further info below re languages for TV). The landscaped private gardens surround a spectacular private Infinity pool offering views over the coastline from Sea Caves to Paphos. A large area of patio surrounds the pool for plenty of sun. There are also areas of cover, for those who prefer to stay in the shade. Large Villa, clean and tidy with fantastic pool & excellent location
Thank you for allowing us to holiday in Villa Adonia. We have been to Cyprus a number of times but can honestly say that this time was the best. Your Villa is spacious inside and out, allowing us to relax to the maximum. The infinity pool was large enough for our party of 8 to enjoy plenty of lazy days sunbathing and then cooling off. The location is just right with tavernas and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed meals out in Coral Bay in the evening which was really nice and was only a 10minute drive away. Everyone enjoyed themselves very much thanks again.

Amazing location and stay

A place to return to.
We had a wonderful time at your villa and know you would like some feedback. We have stayed in villas all round the world and yours is one of the ones we would definitely wish to return to. It was very clean, had excellent quality kitchen fixtures and crockery, a comfortable master bed and good size secondary bedrooms for when we return with our family one day. The agents on site were very helpful and charming. The beautiful gardens, wonderful view, tranquil setting and privacy were more than we had expected and the proximity to the town for eating and drinking was a real bonus. We had a good drive around to look at some of the other villas we had considered and felt we had definitely chosen the right one. I hope you have a good letting season this year and look forward to enjoying your lovely villa again soon.

If Eden existed, I've just been... Great holiday
Myself, my spouse and friends were in Villa Adonia in May 2012. We stay in Villas and self-catering accommodation all over Europe and have been to Cyprus before, but this Villa is the best, by far we've been to. The pool was just fantastic. The garden beautiful, the views to die for and the Villa had superb features and facilities. We've booked again for next year, and we've never done that before! Th garden and pool areas are secluded and not overlooked, yet a 5 - 10 minute walk away from a bust village centre will lots of bars, resteraunts and supermarkets, but the bakers are some of the best we've come across, and open about 20 hours a day! The Internet TV also gave the ladies there fix of Corrie, as well as some footie for us blokes. Wish I was there now....

Abbiamo trovato polvere ovunque ,muffa sulle stoviglie ,copri letti sporchi e puzzolenti... La vasca idromassaggio non funzionava ... L interruttore era arrugginito e la sauna .... Sporca e il calcare regnava ovunque... Secondo me dovrebbero rivedere il personale di pulizie.... Peccato xche la villa se fosse tenuta bene meriterebbe un ottimo ma per me la pulizia e tutto...speriamo lo capiscano anche i proprietari......

Perfection!
Jim, Tracey, our escape from the weather here was well worth it. Our stay in Adonia was just what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The villa was perfect for our family. We found everything to be spotless and of high quality, to the extent of fluffy towels! It is obvious that you have both paid attention to detail and not gone down the traditional route that most villa owners go down. The views around the villa are stunning and whilst we can couldn't sunbathe every day, the homeliness and the surroundings made up for any shortfall in the weather. We will contact you again in the new year to book again for next year and possibly bring along our extended family to stay in your other villa next door. Happy New Year to you both. highly recommend!
Hello! My family and our friends spent an unforgettable week at Villa Adonia for the New Year. First I want to thank TJ Properties for clear and quick work! The whole process of our vacation was clear and perfectly organized. Easy payment, instruction on the use of the villa, the friendly manager and a very pleasant conversation. Secondly I want to say that the villa itself deserves the kind words. The house has everything you need for your stay. Especially in the winter we assessed central heating! Warm up in the sauna and swim in the pool - no problem! Very comfortable, you can sit by the fireplace with your loved ones with a glass of mulled wine. On a sunny day you can dine well at the pool with sea views. Eat fresh strawberries in winter while traveling by car in the snowy mountains of Troodos - pleasure not just for kids :) We hope to meet again with our friends at Villa Adonia! Thank you very much!

Fab stay at Villa Adonia
Villa Adonia Review   Just returned after a fab holiday staying at Villa Adonia. Villa is about a 40 minute drive from the airport and was easy to find with the excellent directions provided. Villa very impressive with 4 good sized bedrooms all with on-suite. The villa was very well specified and everything you could possibly require seems to have been provided (I brought quite a few things that I needn’t have bothered doing!!), a lot of thought has gone into the design and facilities of the villa. The pool area is great with a beautiful infinity pool, plenty of loungers (8), table for outside eating and a shaded area with very comfy seating to escape the midday sun. Built in BBQ is great and was used on numerous occasions. The villa is about a 15 min walk/ 2 min drive from the village centre, that includes a well provisioned supermarket, an excellent butcher, bank and a few bars. We also had an excellent meze one night at Cousins Tavern, where food and service were first rate (every Cypriot we came across seemed very friendly). Beach is about a 10 min drive and was busy but clean and water lovely. All in all a fantastic villa that will only enhance your stay in Cyprus. David Chaloner. (24/7/13)   David.

Highly Recommended, wonderful stay.
We spent a week in Villa Adonia in Oct/Nov 2013. We were very lucky with the weather, the glorious sunshine meant we could enjoy both Cyprus and the villa itself to the full. We found the villa extremely well equipped for a family - we were able to eat in without any hassle, and the large BBQ in the garden, right next to the dining room patio doors was both well positioned and a lovely way to cook. Despite the short days at that time of year, we BBQ'ed most evenings. We spent a couple of days by the lovely infinity pool (a bit chilly but to be expected at that time of year!) and most other days exploring the glorious beaches on the island - worth taking a car and exploring, there is so much more than Coral Bay to be found! The village of Peyia is easily walkable from the villa with a few nice restaurants and bars - very geared up for tourists, but a lot more authentically Cypriot than the beach bars down in Paphos and Coral Bay. We had a lovely Meze at Cousins Tavern, and a couple of drinks at the Jail Bar and the Mill Bar. We also had lunch at another bar down the hill (I forget the name) which was also very nice. Everywhere is friendly, relaxed and welcoming. The villa itself was practical and luxurious, the bedrooms each have an en suite with either a bath or shower. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath (which the kids loved!) and a Sauna in the en suite! The two bedrooms upstairs also have large balconies, overlooking the spectacular views. The beds are comfortable, everything was spotless and I really can't find anything to criticise. I will definitely be recommending the villa to friends and family. We had a fabulous week - the only bad point was that we wished it was longer.

WONDERFUL VILLA
Wow, what can I say! It was absolutely beautiful. Perfect for 4 couples, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We all want a holiday home like this - anywhere would be fine. The photos and description are lovely but do not do the place justice - it’s better in real life! The kitchen was fantastic and we did stay in and cook a couple of nights but mostly we just strolled into the village and dined out. Our favourite place was Cousins. We were made very welcome there and enjoyed the chef’s “specialty” - a huge fresh fish platter. Every morning a group of us were up and about by 7am , exploring the village by foot - HILLY!! Made the Athens marathon, the week before, flat by comparison. We had one slightly disabled lady in our group and she was relieved to find one of the downstairs ensuites had a user friendly shower, rather than the over-the-bath kind often found - very thoughtful. We pillaged the backyard orchard of ripe mandarins and thoroughly enjoyed them. Unfortunately the weather was a little chilly to take full advantage of the infinity pool to the max but we did manage to wade around thigh deep - good for tired muscles. We also used the sun beds around the pool to take advantage of some sunshine.

About the neighbourhood
Peyia is a traditional cypriot village and is only a 5 minute drive from the best beach and resort on the island, Coral Bay. Peyia has many of its own amenities with bakers, supermarkets, butchers, video store, take-aways, banks, tavernas, bars and restaurants and other interesting shops. The village square includes picturesque fountains and historic church and plenty seating areas, to sit and watch the world go by.<BR><BR>Golf, water sports, water parks, diving, jeep safaris, cycling and hiking are all close-by. The Akamas peninsular and forest , with nature,walking and wildlife is 15 mins away. Troodos mountains for scenery and skiing in winter is approx one hours drive.<BR><BR>Lara Beach is famous for nesting turtles, which is 10 minutes drive. Latchi is a picturesque, busy fishing town, with its own marina. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the Marina, many specialising in fish dishes.

Car hire is inexpensive in Cyprus and we can recommend a good company. Taxis and buses are also plentiful, with a bus every 20 minutes from Coral Bay to Paphos and a less frequent service from Peyia to Coral Bay.
