ABOUT THE AREA
Peyia Village square, with its traditional Cypriot Tavernas, serving local dishes also has banks, a post-office, bars, tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets. Our Villa is just a 5-7 minute walk into the Village Square, which is the centre of all amenities. There is a nearby gym with daily fitness classes for the active people.
Peyia Village Centre is a 5 minute drive from Coral Bay beach resort and our villas have panoramic sea views. Paphos, the main town, which has a bustling harbour, market, shops & nightlife is 15 minutes coastal drive to the south. The well-known fishing harbour of Latchi, the mythical baths of Aphrodite and the Polis town are a 25 minutes scenic drive away from the villa. A 10 minute drive up the coast will take you to the picturesque bay of St. George, leading to the Akamas peninsula, an area of natural beauty.

A nice quiet villa in a good location. Within walking distance to the village of Peyia where there are a couple of supermarkets and multiple restaurants and tavernas. The villa was well equipped, even having a water cooler, extremely clean and well maintained.The pool was a little smaller than we expected but was enough for our needs, with plenty of sun loungers and sun shades around it.

Stunning
We had two weeks at this lovely villa after two years delay due to covid. The outside area is particularly nice with stunning views down to Coral Bay and a comfortable sunbed for everyone. We stayed in and cooked on a number of nights and the kitchen was well stock with equipment making life easier.
We had a couple of small issues on arrival but rang the management company and the problems were sorted within a couple of hours.
Couldn't fault it, we all had a fabulous holiday and we would stay again.

a marvelous place to stay
We where at the villa with 7 adults. We all have our own room with your own bathroom. The pool was very nice and will be cleaned well by a poolman.The view over peyia to the mediterian sea was gorgious especially by night.
We where glad that we booked the villa. We had a small problem with the water but this was very quick resolved. Tracy is a very good host and here response when there was something wrong, was immediatly. So when you book this villa it will not be a disappointment.

Excellent, spacious, ultra clean, no hidden costs, host and management very accommodating.
A great villa in Western Cyprus with stunning views and great amenities.
The villa itself is spacious, ultra clean and filled with everything a large family could need for a luxurious stay in Cyprus.
The local village is a short 10 min walk down hill with a small but well equipped shop and the local restaurants/taverns are welcoming, friendly with a great atmosphere - all ensuring social distancing and covid safe.

We wanted a family vacation , 2 grandparents, 4 adult parents , and two grandkids.
this villa is perfect for what we wanted, it really is as good as the photos suggest.
highly recomended, 5 star villa.
only points i would add
1, you will need a hire car - but they drive on the same side as us Brits, so not a problem
2, I suggest you make sure your sat nav app works on your smart phone - data is switched on for over seas., I travel a lot with work, and found it slightly confusing without a sat nav. exploring this gem of an island.

Lovely short Break
We had a fabulous 4 night break at the villa. We found all the amenities that we required, plus the villa was spotless, as was the outside area. We were very happy that we had rented a car as this allowed us to get supplies etc as without one it may have proved to be inconvenient, walking back up the hill to the villa with all our shopping.
The centre of Peyia was a 15 minute walk away, with some lovely bars and eateries.
The reason for the 4 star rating was the comfort of the beds, apart from the master room. Being 4 adults we found them to be thin and somewhat uncomfortable. The ‘welcome pack’, consisted of a carton of milk and orange juice, tea and coffee. Having arrived at the villa at 11.30pm, after a long day of travel we would have appreciated maybe basic breakfast supplies, enabling us to have a leisurely start to our short break, instead we had to go shopping straight away. We also felt that having to replenish the water cooler when empty, would have been an issue if the vacationers didn’t have a car, having stayed at many places of a similar, sometimes cheaper property, the owner was more than happy to undertake this free of charge, you just left the water container outside the property.
We would recommend this property to others as overall it was a pleasant stay.

Fabulous Week at Villa Adonia
We have just returned from a fabulous week at Villa Odonia near Paphos. The Villa suited our needs perfectly with four good sized double en suite bedrooms. The living areas are much larger than they appear in the photographs and the view from the pool terrace is fantastic. The location of this property is perfect for hot weather as the situation in an elevated village a few minutes from the sea provides a welcome breeze. The bedrooms are all equipped with not only air conditioning but fans as well. The owners, Tracy and Jim, were super helpful which made the process stress free. There is absolutely nothing negative I would comment upon. Do please visit “Oniro by the sea” – a restaurant and bar at the water’s edge – we would have eaten every meal here if we had only found it earlier. Amazing service, superb food, everything utterly delicious!

Great place
We quite enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely and very comfortable. We were only two people but I imagine if there were more it wouldn’t be an issue. The pool was lovely it was a little cool in February but I actually went in for a very quick dip. The support staff are excellent, and came by immediately when we had some small issues. The restaurants are a little far and you would have to walk up and down hill, but we had a car so it wasn’t an issue. Would need a car to see the area and get to the beach. Would recommend.

Peyia is a traditional cypriot village and is only a 5 minute drive from the best beach and resort on the island, Coral Bay. Peyia has many of its own amenities with bakers, supermarkets, butchers, video store, take-aways, banks, tavernas, bars and restaurants and other interesting shops. The village square includes picturesque fountains and historic church and plenty seating areas, to sit and watch the world go by.
Golf, water sports, water parks, diving, jeep safaris, cycling and hiking are all close-by. The Akamas peninsular and forest , with nature,walking and wildlife is 15 mins away. Troodos mountains for scenery and skiing in winter is approx one hours drive.
Lara Beach is famous for nesting turtles, which is 10 minutes drive. Latchi is a picturesque, busy fishing town, with its own marina. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the Marina, many specialising in fish dishes.
Getting around
Car hire is inexpensive in Cyprus and we can recommend a good company.
Taxis and buses are also plentiful, with a bus every 20 minutes from Coral Bay to Paphos and a less frequent service from Peyia to Coral Bay.
