This was our second visit to A101 and we will undoubtedly visit again. The apartment is spacious and well equipped for 4-6 people to holiday comfortably in a quiet location a short drive from beaches, shops and restaurants. Communication from Nigel is excellent and any queries are answered promptly. The balcony is huge with plenty of room for sunbathing and...

That was an amazing trip. Mostly because of the apartment. We had no problems on arrival and during the stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all that we need. A 25% deposit is required at the time of making your booking. The balance will then become payable 60 days before the commencement of your stay at Apartment A101 at Peyia Paradise in Cyprus.

For bookings made within 60 days of the start of your holiday, the full amount must be paid at the time of making your booking.

The apartment will be available from 14:00 on the day of your arrival. You will be asked to vacate the apartment before 10:00 on the morning of your departure. However, if you have a late flight home, the apartment can be booked for an extra night, at a pro-rata charge, in order that you may vacate the apartment as late as you wish on your final day.

Only 10 miles west of Paphos and less than 3km from the beach at Coral Bay, the apartment is located in a quiet position on the Peyia Paradise complex on the lower side of Peyia village. A good selection of shops, bars and tavernas can be found less than 1400 metres from the apartment. In nearby Coral Bay there is a greater selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Secret Valley golf course and Tsada golf course are less than a 30 minute drive away. Locally, within 2kms, you will find Go-Kart racing, aa bird park, horseriding, water sports and cycle hire. Well-stocked supermarkets can be found in the centre of Peyia village together with a variety of bars & restaurants. Getting around
If you are not hiring a car, there are buses that run from Peyia to Coral Bay & Paphos and there are a number of local taxi companies. It is also possible to hire bicycles and quad-bikes from nearby Coral Bay. We do recommend car hire as it makes it far easier to get around and you can visit so many more places on the island.
