Brilliant Holiday big house plenty to do beach short walk

Just been for a week ,Lovely big airy house plenty of room for families .washing machine ,dishwasher ,good sized bathroom .well equipped kitchen.nice comfi lounge. big dining room .rear yard for sitting out .plenty of beautiful walks.beds are really good quality made up ready .shall be going again

Hidden Gem

We stayed here for a few days and loved it! The house is light, airy and spotlessly clean. There is everything you need to have a good break. The beds were really comfortable and were made up for us when we arrived. The house is very centrally located and is only a short walk from all amenities. Saltburn itself is full of Victorian charm with some excellent eating places. There are also some great coastal walks nearby. I highly recommend this holiday home, we will certainly be back soon!

GREAT LOCATION

Great location ,easy to get to you can walk to all places you would want to see in and around the town.Or you could easily drive to nearby Staithes or Whitby.The house was clean and tidy ,plenty of space ,downstairs bathroom a bit awkward but not a real problem .Parking was ok but could get a bit tight late evening. If you like to read it has a vast amount of books of all types,the house decor was pretty good ,if you you live in a victorian property you will know to expect a few blemishes ,thanks Sarah

Townhouse Saltburn

Can thouroughly recommend to stay here,lovely house with everything you need, also thank Sarah for allowing us to stay, a real family home that was spotlessly clean

Completely satisfied

Saltburn is a lovely seaside town. The property is a short walk away and conveniently situated for the beach and shops. The owner is attentive and friendly. The property is spacious, light, and airy, on a very quiet residential street. We would certainly use this again.

Saltburn with the granddchildren

Saltburn was an unexpected treat. Great for families, much quoter than Whitby, all you need for a short family break and feels safe, clean and friendly. Nice shops and cafes too. The house is in a great location, within walking distance of everything, and is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Great Vue for money.

Deceptively spacious house ideal for family break away

This is a spacious house in a quiet location but yet very convenient. It is just round the corner from the town centre shops and only a short walk to Saltburn’s wonderful beach. Our family group of 4 adults and a child had plenty of space and also enjoyed the sunny sheltered courtyard. Saltburn-by-the-Sea is one of our favourite break away destinations and we would happily stay in this house again.

Lovely clean quiet home, shame about the décor

The property was a lovely town house which was clean and presentable, however in need of great repair, with windows not fitting properly and ratting throughout the night, paint coming off, cracks in the walls and flooring, and exposed holes in cavity walls due to plumbing. Also the house was very cold with no heating coming on and was asked not to touch the timers or settings. However, another concern was the amount of extension leads running all over the property - behind beds, and across the lounge which was worrying with small children. Finally the kitchen needed a few more essentials and not enough cooking utensils -i.e. oven trays, glasses, bowls etc. for 5 people staying in the property. This is a lovely place, but could be made fantastic if given some TLC. I would recommend to a friend as it was lovely and clean, but mention the above issues.

Great house, great seaside town.

Lovely spacious victorian house. Exceptionally clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Everything provided for in kitchen and bathroom. Sophie and Sarah are very responsive to any enquiries. Close to the beach, quality restaurants and shops. Good Sainsbury's open until 10pm. Interesting independent shops and charity shops. I can highly recommend the house and Saltburn-By-The-Sea.
