Notre Villa est située dans la Sud de la Martinique , elle offre une vue Mer sur La Baie du Marin, la pointe Marin (Club Med )et le Morne Gommier.
Toutes les plus belles plages du Sud la Martinique (épargnées par les sargasses) sont a moins de 15 minutes en voiture (Pointe Borgnèse 3 km, Anse Figuier 5 km,Pointe Marin 7 km, Les Salines 10 km, toutes les plages de Sainte Luce 10 km).
La ville du Marin, plus grande Marina de la Caraïbe est très attractive , avec de nombreux commerces , bars et restaurants.
Notre quartier est résidentiel , sans aucune nuisance sonore et a moins de deux minutes de tous les commerces.
La Villa d'à Côté est entourée d'un jardin tropical, une grande piscine 4 x 8 et son deck de plus de 70 m2 ,un bel espace barbecue et un parking privatif sont autant d'atouts pou...
