Mickle Corner is traditionally styled and tastefully furnished with luxurious, fresh white cotton bedding and fluffy hotel towels provided. You'll find everything you need for your cottage holiday with a spacious well-equipped kitchen, lounge / dining room and 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are arranged as a twin, a double and a family room with a double bed and a single. The family room has it's own en suite shower room with generously sized shower enclosure. Unlimited WiFi and internet TV The house is traditionally furnished with a homely feel and modern facilities and open all year. Ideal for families visiting Chester, Cheshire, Chester Zoo and wedding accommodation for Trafford Hall and Hilton Double Tree. Please note that bookings of 7 nights are preferred in the peak holiday season of July and August and school holidays, although shorter bookings will be possible when dates remain available 'last minute'. The settings on this site allow for enquiries to be made for shorter stays which will be assessed accordingly. Wifi internet access and internet TV. Cot and highchair provided. Ample parking. Please ask if you'd like to include your pet. National Cycle Route 70, 5 minutes from M53 J12 Manchester & Liverpool Airports are both around 35 minutes travel time PLEASE NOTE: Minimum bookings are for 7 nights although shorter bookings may possible when dates remain available 'last minute'. The settings on this site allow for enquiries to be made for shorter stays which will be assessed accordingly. Sorry but we are not prepared to accommodate Hen or Stag parties or any young single groups whatsoever. About the neighbourhood
Mickle Corner is ideally located for the Trafford Hall and The Hilton Double Tree weddings venues and wedding parties are most welcome. Mickle Trafford is a semi-rural, residential village along the A56, on the outskirts of Chester. The old Roman Road between Roman Chester (Deva) and Warrington, known as The Street, passes close by and you can still use this route today to avoid the busier roads. It's particularly handy for getting to Cheshire Oaks shopping outlet, The Blue Planet Aquarium and Chester Zoo. The historic centre of Chester is within easy reach and the regular local buses make for a relaxing visit so you can leave the car behind for a day. In the opposite direction, you can visit the attractive market town of Frodsham.
Getting around
It's helpful to have a car but not absolutely essential as there are regular local buses to and from the centre of town and taxis are easy available for late nights.
