A bright apartment full of natural light, located in a very quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms and can receive up to 4 guests. The living room is equipped with a comfortable 3 seats sofa and armchair. Wi-fi is available. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. The closed condo has a swimming pool with area for relaxation.
This apartment is situated 800 meters from 3 beaches: Carcavelos, Torre and Santo Amaro de Oeiras, a marina with cosy restaurants and bars. Halfway between Lisbon and Cascais near the train station (600 m) you can be in the city center in less than 20 minutes

As mentioned although we love animals, they are not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment is very well suited for families and young couples.
Being in a condo with families, and a quiet neighbourhood, parties are not allowed.
The cleaning is mandatory. For stays more than 2 weeks, additional cleaning is also mandatory.

About the neighbourhood
In the area you have 3 beaches
- Praia da Torre; small beach protected by the fort, ideal for small children
- Praia de Carcavelos: the largest if the coast, full of bars, ideal for surfing (many surf clubs) and many spots to eat.
- Paria de Santo-Amaro along the marginal, quite large good for children, but noisy due to the main road.
In 20 minutes you can be in Lisbon by train (you can stop in Belem along the way) arriving in the historical centre in Cais do Sodré.
With the same tie you can also reach Cascais taking the same train.
If you have a car you can visit also SIntra and the coast from Cascais to Cabo da Roca, with wonderful and long sandy beaches with big waves.

Getting around
We leave near the train station Oeiras, which is the best transportation to visit Lisbon and Cascais.
You can arrive easily to the beaches by foot.
If you plan to go to Sintra, there is a bus that takes quite some time but it is more convenient with a car.
You can also rent bikes using the bbicycles of Mobi Cascais
