Great location and views let down by sub standard interior
Beautiful location and complex along with a very helpful local property manager but our 3 week (€6.5k cost) was let down by having a barely functional fridge for 10 days, old and tattered cutlery and table cloths, blackened (mouldy) silicon around the bath, and an electrical problem in a switch that was initially a fire hazard but also an electrocution hazard for my kids that remained unresolved for 2 weeks and meant we couldn't use the ground floor.

About the neighbourhood
Since the beginning of the century, the sandy beach of the shell shaped bay has attracted tourists. Situated between Peniche and Nazare, São Martinho has an easy going, laidback atmosphere. It has retained a traditional Portuguese culture and way of life and is very popular with people flocking to the resort in the summer.
As it lies in a natural bay its shelter makes it a popular choice for families with white sands sloping into calm, shallow water. Sao Martinho is in fact one of the warmest places to swim on the Silver coast. This is very much a tourist resort that provides many activities to keep you amused.
