Luxury duplex apartment 145 sq metres, largest in the building.Sao Martinho Do Porto is a beautiful Portuguese town (where the Portuguese go on holiday) with a great shell shaped bay offering shelter and safe calm water. Our apartment has been furnished and equipped to a high standard in 2008 and has a wonderful elevated position with sweeping bay views. There are just a few steps and a driveway down to the beach and a small grassy child's park. You are in the heart of the town within meters of many seafood & Portuguese restaurants along cobbled streets. The private balcony on the upper floor is great for entertaining & eating outside. An additional private patio accessed from the lounge and kitchen has direct access to the pool (handy for families). There is free, fast and unlimited wireless wi-fi available in the apartment for guests. In the lounge we have installed satellite TV for English channels and also we have a cable TV contract with MEO giving 140 channels in many languages. The movie channels tend to be in English with Portuguese subtitles. There are many news channels included from countries all over the world. We have also left many DVDs in the apartment for you to use. Bracelets will be given to you, by the property managers, for access to the pool. Please be aware that only 5 pool bracelets will be given, if there are more than 5 members in your group, you will have to share the bracelets between yourselves. We also own 2 apartments in this block just one door away from each other. Please view 'Bay', property reference 32686. Please note: In light of recent events involving COVID-19 and in recognition of the unpredictable nature of measures that may be imposed by the government or by the managers of a complex to control the risk of the contamination, it is possible that the use of certain facilities in any complex may be restricted. Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. Perfect

A very large apartment. Very well equipped. The location is perfect. Swimming pool next to the building. Very close to the ocean. Sao Marthimo is a peaceful and beautiful place. My children cried as we had to enter. The family and friends were happy there.

About the neighbourhood
Retaining it's Portuguese charm and character, Sao Martinho do Porto is a remarkably picturesque seaside town. The town is built around a shell shaped bay that provides for safe bathing away from the strong Atlantic currents. The bay also benefites from warmer waters thanks to to its sheltered location. Surrounding the bay there are numerous cafes and restaurants overlooking the cobbled streets and the fantastic views of the sea. The majority of the food on offer is typical Portuguese ( superb seafood ) though there is also a very good Italian restaurant along the front of the bay too.
