Spacious apartment with a/c and allocated parking. Modern furnishings throughout.. Nice family-friendly resort with plenty of choices of restaurants and cafes. Minor issue with typical Southern European electricity supply quickly solved by the local agent.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday with friends, and we were immediately impressed by the spaciousness and location of the apartment. The apartment is fitted out to a high standard and has all the essential facilities including free WiFi. This is a popular apartment thanks to its central location on the sea front, close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Easy access to the apartment block is via a gentle ramp to the lobby area where guests have the use of a small gym and pool table. The apartment benefits from a large reception hallway, off which the main rooms are located. There is a comfortable lounge with sliding doors out onto the terrace, which has a sea view. The kitchen-diner is well equipped with quality appliances. The double bedroom has en-suite facilities with bath and shower over. An additional 75 Euros is payable locally to our agent upon arrival to cover final cleaning.
If you have any specific dates in mind which fall outside of the normal Sat-Sat parameters, please enquire. During July and August, when demand is high, it is unlikely that any flexibility is possible, but if we can help, we will!
Weekday and weekend rates will be calculated on a pro-rata basis with costs availlable on request. The flat fee for linen and cleaning will apply in all circumstances.
A charge of 30 Euros will apply for arrivals after 9pm. We cannot accept arrivals after midnight.

Sao Martinho is just over an hour's drive north of Lisbon airport on the A8 toll road. Lisbon is well served by British Airways, Air Portugal (TAP) and by a number of budget airlines including Easyjet. Transport from and back to the airport can be arranged. Current rates are 90 Euros each way, payable locally. Please enquire if you wish to book this service.
