The village offers pubs serving food, a Post Office/general store, interesting shops and galleries, and a railway station. The Winnats Pass is close by, whilst the pretty villages of Castleton, Edale and Hathersage are within easy reach, and Buxton and Bakewell are easily accessible.More

Amazing.

This cottage was the perfect getaway. We only stayed for 3 nights but it was a home away from home. Andy and Sarah (and Ellie the black lab!) were so lovely and accommodating, we will be back and staying longer next time! Pic of us...More

Perfect little cottage!

Had a fantastic holiday here last week. Great location, great cottage, great owners. I would highly recommend this cottage to everybody. The only bad point i can think of would be that we had to come home. We will definitely stay here again :-)
