Welcome to Casa Puesta del Sol Villa 1. Come make this your home on your next vacation. Located in beautiful Playa Langosta, this 4BR/4.5BA villa is light, bright and contemporary. The house is 3300 square feet and is comprised of 3 levels. The first floor is an open concept and features the living room, a half bath, the kitchen, dining area and laundry room . The second floor houses three of the bedrooms and the 3rd floor is the fourth bedroom and an enormous balcony. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. The house has been tastefully decorated with custom furnishings and amenities. The art work has been procured from local Costa Rican artists. Excellent!
Casa puesta del sol was everything we ever imagined and more.The home was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The kitchen was fully loaded with cooking supplies and the washer and dryer were very convenient. Best of all, it's a 5-minute walk from the beach (playa langosta) and a short drive away from the center of town (tamarindo).
I would highly recommend this place for a family or group of friends seeking a paradise getaway.

Awesome house and nice location
A beautiful and unique house. Location is great. A little secluded, walking distance to the beach and close to Tamarindo. The glass wall facing the backyard and pool gives the house a great vibe. Very will equipped. Lots of dishes, silverware, etc. Beautiful decoration. The owner was extremely responsive. Overall we had a great stay.

Vacation Home Casa Puesta del Sol
This vacation was amazing! The house in Langosta Beach was gorgeous and provided everything we needed for our 8 person group and was beautifully kept. Pool service throughout the week and a short walk to town and the beautiful beach. Garage access to keep our cars out of the sun and great security with house safes as well as a full alarm system! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation in Costa Rica thats not on a resort! Thanks so much to Mikel, the local property manager who responded to any issues we has as well!

Amazing vacation home!
Very spacious, excellent amenities, with just about everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels including for beach, comfy living and dining area to hang out. Pool was great to hang out in with a beverage & a short 4-5 minute walk to a very private beach area. Definitely recommend!

Great Location
Excellent Location and very quiet. The house is great enough for 8 Pax. but the sofabed is not recommended for adultes. Pool area is also nice and great for Barbecue. The garage has room for 2 cars. Walking distance to the beach.
Otherwise, no complaints! House owner Nicole is very kind and available at all times.
We had a very good time and enjoyed our trip.

It apologize that it was not as comfortable as you would like. Given this review, we are planning on replacing the existing sofa bed and sofa with a brand new one in May or June 2018. Amazing House In a Great Location
We were hoping for a decent house to spend time in and relax when we were not out exploring Costa Rica. A house that could comfortably accommodate two families of four vacationing together. We got everything that we wanted and then some! The floor plan was very open which was great for when we were hanging out as a group. All of the bedrooms were a great size as were the bathrooms. The house was clean upon arrival and we were made very welcome by the property manager. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. Great backyard and pool area. Had many mornings and evenings watching the birds and humming birds while enjoying our morning coffee and tea and some evening cocktails. Sunset from the top floor balcony was AMAZING! Poured a few Cacique drinks while hanging out at the really cool and unique wooden table and watched the gorgeous sunset having a fantastic time. Any amenity we could think of was available. Location was also perfect as it was close enough to Tamarindo and it's beaches, but nice and quiet at night for relaxation and evening swims. We can't wait to go back to Costa Rica and we will absolutely be booking this house again!

Stylish and Clean House for Large Group
Casa Puesta del Sol was very comfortable for our relatively large group (5 adults, 2 young teens). The house is clean and stylish. The kitchen included everything we needed for cooking in. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms had individually controlled air conditioning so we were all comfortable at night.
Nikki, the owner, was very responsive and helpful and even emailed us during our stay to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Mikel, the property manager, was also very responsive. He immediately helped and or answered any questions we had and was able to set up house cleaning for us. Kim, the concierge, was more than helpful. I highly recommend working with her to set up any tours, etc. during your stay.
The location is convenient. While not on the ocean, it is an easy walk. We rented golf carts and enjoyed riding around to our favorite destinations, the beach and El Chiringuito (favorite restaurant). We met a few of our neighbors and everyone was helpful and friendly. Grocery stores and surf board/boogie board rental is all very near.
Overall I highly recommend Casa Puesta del Sol!

A great family vacation spot
What a great house and just a short walk to the beach. Everything was just perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. Mornings were very relaxing with breakfast outside by the pool and morning walks on the beach. We took in multiple sunsets from the upper balcony. Location to town was very convenient for local restaurants and activities.

Stunning Home & Perfect Location
The house is absolutely stunning and location could not have been better. Amenities were great. Short walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping or a very cheap cab ride to reach other side of Tamarindo. Look no further for a place to stay as this not only meets but exceeds expectations. Wish we never had to leave.

About the neighbourhood
Located in Playa Langosta, a quiet beach town just one mile down the road from the quaint surf town of Tamarindo. The villa sits one block or a three minute walk to the beach. Playa Langosta features both stretches of beautiful white sandy beach and rocky tide pools to search for sea creatures. Another five minute walk down the beach or road will take you to Tamarindo beach which is another gorgeous beach that has white sandy stretches as far as the eye can see alongside amazingly clear blue green water.
Playa Langosta has several restaurants that are within easy walking distance- You can also drive into Tamarindo to eat at one of the many delicious restaurants to choose from. There are also a few bars in the area to visit as well.
