Our two-bedroom apartment (*for 7+ guests bedroom 3 is also available) is situated in Zaglav, a small village in the southern part of the island Dugi otok. It's an apartment with separate entrance on the first floor in our house. It is located in an attractive and secluded position, not far from the beach. Surrounded by greenery and beautiful island unspoiled nature, it provide unforgettable holidays in peace and quiet. From the large terrace you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. The yard around the house, which you can use as a parking space, is 50 m2. Shared grill (fireplace) is allowed.
Walking distance to beach, ferry, local shop and restaurants. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Super place
The appartement in Zaglav is very comfortable and spacious. We felt totaly comfortable at this place. It is quiet, with view on the sea from the terrace and a garden around the house. Milivoj and his son know the island so well : they can give good advices for spots to visit and other activities. They gave us some delicious fruits from the garden.
We enjoyed our stay (without a car... it's possible with shop and restaurant in the village) and I would definitely come back there next time.

Great stay at this apartment
The location is great and the place is enjoyable.
The location is close to the beach and to a good restaurant.
The owner is nice and helpful.
I would advice this location to anyone.

About the neighbourhood
Zaglav offers couple of excellent restaurants. In Zaglav you can find the small grocery market, gas station, diving school, volleyball and basketball court. Zaglav is proud of it's Franciscan monastery and church of St. Michael dating back to the 15th century.
The apartment is 5 minutes drive far from Nature Park Telašćica with its beautiful salt lake Mir and breathtaking cliffs. On Dugi otok you can also visit Lighthouse Veli Rat, one of most beautiful sandy beaches in Croatia - Sakarun, Cave Strašna peć and many more hidden bays and beaches.
The island offers many activities such as climbing,kayaking,hiking,diving and many others.

Arrival instructions for guests

We look forward to host you soon in your accommodation. Here are directions for arrival to accommodation:
Method of access to the apartment: A person for reception guests is available 24 hours a day (usually it would be Robert, son of the owner of the apartment Milivoj). He hands over the keys to the guests.
Please let us know (at least one day before arrival) about the time (approximately) when you will arrive in Zaglav. Thank you! :)
1. Instructions for Car Arrival
If you arrive by car, you can come on Dugi otok by ferry-boat (line Zadar (port Gaženica) – Brbinj). The ferry ride lasts longer than 1.5 h.
From Brbinj to Zaglav there is about 25 km (about 25 min by car).
If you come by car, you can reach Zaglav - a part of the place called "the old village" (old part of the village on the hill to the left of the main road). You go straight ahead and turn right at the first intersection and then go straight. When you reach Zaglav 31, turn right into our yard. (Another way is to extend the road to the sea – Zaglav New Village near the sea.) However, we recommend that you come through the old part of the village directly to our yard because if you go from the sea it is more difficult to enter the yard because it needs to go in reverse.
2. Instructions for arriving without a car
If you travel without a car, you can come in Zaglav directly by a fast boat (catamaran) from Zadar (line Zadar (Center) - Sali - Zaglav). The travelling lasts one hour.
In Zaglav, when you come by a fast-boat (catamaran) you will see gas station. Turn right, then go straight up (uphill). When you arrive at our address (Zaglav 31 23281 Sali), turn left into our yard.
