Aparte cuenta con una habitación de servicio con cama y baño. Todos los dormitorios tienen camas box-spring Rosen. Living comedor, amplia cocina totalmente equipada y terraza con vistas al lago. Se encuentra en un recinto cerrado con estacionamiento para 6 autos o más. Ubicada a 200 mts. Del lago Caburgua y a 100 mts. del supermercado. Terraza de 30 m2 y terreno de 5.800 m2.
