Had a wonderful family weekend away snug in cosy Brookfield Barn after several years of bad weather camping expeditions! Limitless hide and seek opportunities for young and old, and plentiful accommodation for a large group, will recommend Brookfield to all, thanks for a lovely weekend...More

What a great place. Seriously full of character. Lovely location, only 20 minutes to the beach. Would in my opinion benefit from an additional shower, also a pool table! But lacking these things didn’t retract from a great New year spent with family.

About the neighbourhood
The Barn is a few minutes by car to great walking country, the Southdowns. Also close to Goodwood and Fontwell racecourse. Shoppers will love the City of Chichester, 10 mins away by car. Great for eating out, browsing the shops or visiting art galleries and the ancient Chichester Cathedral. Arundel is also close by and a great place to visit the galleries and antique shops, eat out or enjoy their famous tea rooms alongside the River Arun. The Hilton Hotel in Walberton for golf or a meal out and Bailiffs Court at Clymping for a spa is a lovely treat. Try the Black Horse in Binsted, a mile away for lunch or dinner and great views For the children on a rainy day visit the Flying Fortress in Yapton.
Getting around
A car is recommended but Barnham train station with direct lines to London is just a mile away. Taxis available at the station.
