This stylish 400 m2 Villa accommodating up to 16 guests, and flexible for smaller groups, has been constructed in traditional Peloponnese architectural style. With breathtaking sea views, 7 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (including 1 ensuite), 2 reception rooms and a large open plan kitchen / breakfast room it has a delightfully comfortable and spacious feel. The villa is spacious and has amazing views. The sandy beach was only a few meters away. Sea has crystal clear waters and was perfect for swimming. Service was impeccable. All in all, we had a great stay at Electra Villa

Electra Villa, perfect!
Well, what a great place this is. A beautiful villa set in a idilic beach location, you could not ask for more. All paddle boards, kayaks and snorkels are provided, the sea is crystal clear and lots of fish are around there!
We can not recommend the chef enough, she was brilliant and her food was amazing!
Electra was a great host and nothing was too much of a problem.

Paradiso!
Thank you so much for making this dream holiday for our family of 17, some all the way from Australia, everything was perfect. Spacious, cool, clean, inviting and with all the toys you need! Laid out on 3 floors, basement for older kids, lovely terrace overlooking the beautiful little bay. Sunsets amazing! Air con essential and very efficient everywhere. Maria produces delicious dinners, her moussaka is excellent!
Xenia comes in every day to keep the property up to scratch and also can come in to help with meal clearing up in the evening. We would love to come back. Thank you Electra and Mara.

Little piece of paradise off the beaten path
When you first turn down the path leading to Electra Villa, you think "what did we get ourselves into?" Then you come upon a beautiful property large enough for 2 families to fit comfortably without getting in each others way. This very spacious, well kept Villa was more than we could ever ask for. There is a private salt water pool, tennis/basketball court, and the most beautiful view of the sea. Electra's mother met us with dinner already prepared and a fridge stocked to get us started. Every day a very sweet housekeeper would come in and freshen up the house and made it so we did not ever have to worry about cleaning anything. Her main concern was for us to have a good time and enjoy our vacation. The private beach was shared by the 3 villas. The water was clear and you could wade out for awhile without the water getting too deep. Electra provided us with 2 kayaks which we put to use every day. We also rented a boat for the week from Porto Heli that we kept right in our cove. The only 2 negatives in the beach area were the locals who found their way onto it and would stay all day, also, trash would wash up occasionally and there was no one to clean it up. We ventured into Kranidi, Kilada, and Porto Heli almost every day for dinner or shopping. These little towns were quaint and inviting. Everyone we encountered were nice and hospitable. Doroufi Seaside is a restaurant on the sea within walking distance that served up the best skordalia, Greek village salad, calamari, octopus and cold beer. One day, we stumbled upon Ermionis Bairaktaris Apiary after we got lost trying to find the winery and met the family who owns it and what great people they were! They took us on a tour and showed us how they processed the honey their bees produced. Such a sweet mistake!! They allowed us to taste test their honey and we would have bought everything they had if we could fit it into our suitcases. That is how we ended our week at Electra Villa. We were very sad to leave this piece of paradise and hope that many families will be able to enjoy it as much as we did. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa!

Perfect and peaceful for holidays!! The villa is amazing and the location also!! This is a great and friendly place!!
The villa is very stylish and beautifully decorated!!! It is very clean inside and outside as well!!! The garden offers a magnificent view of the sea and the beach is very close so you can go by foot!!! The cafeterias and shops are too close also!!! The villa was spacious enough for all of us!! The staff is very friendly and helpful!! The villa is very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday!! We loved it and would definitely recommend it!!!

Electra villa is an amazing place to spend your vacation and to visit! It combines amazing facilities with nature! The beach is so close is actually some meters away from the door!!!!!!!!!!!! The hosts are also really friendly and helpful! i will sure visit again this place with my friends!

How to get there
From Athens airport follow the road signs to Korinthos Isthmos and the to Epidaurus. We pass Epidaurus and follow the signs to Porto Heli. 10 kms before Porto Heli is Koilada Village a Fishing Village with Traditional Taverns. Total distance from Athens to Koilada Village is 3 hours. A nice stop is either at Korinthos or at Epidaurus.
