A cosy villa with a beautiful view to Spetses Island and the coast of Arkadia and Lakonia. The interior is designed and decorated to high end standards and it is equipped with all modern electrical appliances, as well as sat TV. An open plan kitchen is located on the first floor alongside the living room and two bedrooms with a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own balcony and a spacious terrace with dining table is connected to the living room. On the ground floor there are two guest houses with private bathrooms and living rooms that host two couples with their children. Superbe vue mer
La maison est séparée en deux parties qui ne communiquent que par l'extérieur et peut recevoir correctement 6 ou 7 personnes.
Elle est correctement équipée même si il manque un lave-vaisselle et que la salle d'eau de l'étage est un peu petite.
Très belle terrasse avec superbe vue sur la mer et l'île de Spetses. Ill y a une maison sur un côté mais qui ne gène pas.
L'accès se fait par un chemin avec une montée très raide.
Elle est situé à 3 km ou 5 mn en voiture (indispensable) de l'entré de porto Heli.
