Quaint and quirky is the best way to describe our lovely cosy cottage in the heart of a rural village. Recently decorated for the 2016 season, you will find everything on your doorstep for a relaxing visit.

Downstairs: small entrance hallway into open plan living area with real log fire. Dining area and kitchen combined. Bathroom downstairs with bath and shower.

Upstairs: two large bedrooms; double room with TV and a room with twin beds.

Outside: small area with table and chairs (east facing, ideal for breakfast in the sunshine) and German wood burning hot tub.

Please note towels are available to hire at an additional £3 per set per person

Wonderful cottage with everything you could want, with a great amount of thought gone into what might be needed. Lovely comfy beds, and spotless throughout. There is a magnificent fire to cosy up in front of, although, the cottage is very warm and plenty of hot water. There is a hot tub outside that is heated by wood....something we will...

The 2 of us stayed along with our 15 week guide dog puppy. The cottage is nicely located in the attractive village of Sedgefield. Sedgefield is a very nice village with plenty of shops, cafes and pubs although some of the pubs seem to keep strange hours. We were given a very warm welcome by our host who could not...

For future guests reading this, if you wish to visit the pubs, I would recommend the Dun Cow.
