We consider it the BEST LOCATION in West Bay because it is close to everything, yet very quiet and private. You never have to worry about the Cruise ships coming in to disturb you. It offers a full kitchen equipped with most anything you would want or need, a dining area, living room, satellite TV with plenty of movies to watch (VHS & DVD), music, and games to keep you occupied if the weather is not cooperating, and another huge balcony with patio furniture and a large stainless steel BBQ. There is also a swimming pool right out front.  We have 24 hour security guard on site. You can walk to several restaurants, bars, dive resorts, and shopping all within a 2-10 minute walk down the beach. You can catch the water taxi right out front. Our rates are $1800 USD per week (1-4 downstairs) or $2000 USD per week (1-6), $2125 (7-10), $2550 USD per Holiday week plus a $500 security deposit.  Feel free to ask about our monthly rates and smaller unit rates. We include three 5 gallon bottles of fresh water and a/c. We can arrange for your airport transfers for an additional fee of $40 each way for up to 6 people. 3G Internet available (std USB port required) for $25 USD per week. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.  You can smoke outside, but not inside the unit. We will also give you a local cell phone to use for your convenience.  You just pay for the minutes. The washer and dryer are only available for an 8 day or longer stay but you must provide your own laundry detergent and we are not responsible for any stained clothing due to the iron in the water. If used during a 1-7 day visit, a charge will come out of your security deposit of $10 per load. Property must be left in reasonable condition which means all dishes washed and put away, all dirty towels and linens in a pile for the cleaning ladies to wash.
