Welcome to a quiet, private beach front property. The property is filled with lush tropical plants and flowers and among them is 10 villas (all unique in their own way).
The Beach is groomed every day. We have Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Snorkel Gear, Hammocks, Lounge Chairs and Beach Towels for your use. Along with free WiFi. And we have WiFi on the Beach and the Dock so you can play your own music while you chill on the Beach.
We are private yet close to everything--- Activities, Bars, Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment.
The National Park is an amazing 3 minute Beach front walk away. The park has zip-lines, monkeys, macaws, sloths and many other animals.
The diving, swimming and snorkeling is excellent right here in front of Turtle Beach as the left side of our dock that has the ...

Awesome time at Turtle Beach
My husband and I spent the week at turtle beach and totally loved it. Paul and Tommy are wonderful. I cannot describe how helpful they are to us. When you stay at the resort you are treated like family. The resort sits right on the beach and really is convenient for walking to either West Bay or West End. The accommodations are so nice, each slightly different. Each bungalow is very private. I am definitely going to come back. If you are looking for a place that is near both spots, and has excellent help, then Turtle Beach is the place to be!

exactly what we wanted!
Reaching TurtleBeach we felt immediately at home. Paul and Tommy arranged for anything we needed during our stay and were great company. They are building a dream in a fabulous location exactly as described on their site. The cabins/cottages, clean and nicely appointed are tucked into the hillside providing views from numerous locations. Special touches are everywhere - the carpentry and stone work is beautiful throughout the property. Decks with hammocks, natural tree trunk tables and chairs provide unique areas to relax in private or as a group, including a large deck with outdoor bbq and cooktop which we used for most of our meals. Fresh coconuts were cut for us by Carlos the friendly and very efficient gardener. There are other fruits when in season. The property is nice and secluded yet only a short walk along the beautiful beach in either direction to West End and West Bay where there are plenty of restos, shops, dive and snorkel shops, etc...these are also accessible by water taxi for $3 per person to and from the dock on the property. The pool is lovely with a beautiful view overlooking the beach, breathtaking sunsets and waterfall built into the rock wall. Snorkelling and swimming right in front, kayaking to the reef all amazing and easy to access. Many activities and destinations close by. After a day of adventure and watching the sunset we kicked back in the evenings to relax in our cabin and enjoy the extensive movie and music library the boys have compiled - and the aC works! If you are looking for a kick back, feel good, relaxed getaway with a funky island feel, all the amenities, super hosts in a great location - this is it! We both had an amazing trip and plan to return with the rest of the family soon.

Paradise Found
We spent 8 nights at Turtle Beach. Having never been to the Caribbean before we had no idea what to expect. The pictures do not do this property justice. It is stunning. The property is gorgeous and meticulously maintained by Carlos. The private beach is beautiful with palapas, kayaks, beach loungers, snorkel gear and floaties for spending hours floating on the water. The cabins are situated so that you can be social and visit with other guests or spend some time alone. The bbqs are restaurant quality and the cabins are fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking.
Paul and Tommy were amazing - Paul will make sure you have absolutely everything you need, his daily trips to the store ensured we never ran out of anything!! No request was too much - you will need for nothing. Through Tommy we found the most incredible places to visit on the island. He helped us arrange a day of fishing and grilled all the Tuna we caught for us!He is full of fantastic information and will bend over backwards for his guests. Either Paul or Tommy are always on the property so you feel safe and secure at all times!
The location of this property is ideal - half way between west end and west bay. A five minute water taxi ride will get you to either location. You have easy access to everything on the island from here and a quiet place to relax at the end of the day.
We found some of the best snorkeling out front of the resort. We saw a spotted eagle ray, barracuda, fish, corral, lobster, an octopus and a small sea horse. All of these were about twenty - fifty feet from shore. Diving in Roatan is also incredible - Turtle Beach can arrange your diving and the boat will pick up from the beach.
Make sure your bring bug spray - you are in the jungle. Sunscreen is one of the few things on the island that is quite expensive.
The island itself is a beautiful place to visit. We loved this property and its owners so much we've already booked two weeks next year!!!

Relaxing
My wife and I stayed at Turtle Beach and found it to be more than we expected.The value was perfect for our budget.All the comforts of home were there.Paul and his staff kept the rooms and resort very clean.We were met at the airport and then taken for groceries before going to our rental.Turtle Beach is located half way between West End and West Bay,(about a 10 minute walk ethier way)just enough to keep you away from the hussle and bussle of the two areas.Yet if you wanted to go to ethier it was close.As far as the service went whatever our needs were were met.The entire staff made sure of that.

Great place away from the noise and cruise ship people!
A couple of points about Roatan first. January and February are still the rainy season! Also, when you are warned about bugs, believe everything you see/hear! My husband seemed to attract whatever was out - mosquitoes, no-seeums, sand flies. Not everyone was affected but if you were, it was nasty. There are a number of stairs as access to the beach and some units do have more stairs. There are different sized cabins built down a hillside. They are a bit rustic but have all of the amenities needed. If you need anything. just let Paul or Tommy know. Because of the size of the place, you get to meet other people and can spend as much time or as little time visiting. There is a huge BBQ available to use and if anyone goes fishing, Tommy will do a fish fry for everyone. The resort is a work in progress as they hope to add a couple more cabins and do some up-dates to a couple of existing ones. The story of how they got started is worth a few drinks under the palapa!!
The beach is wonderful! And the snorkeling out in front of the place is some of the best on the island. It is possible to walk to West End and West Bay or water taxis for $3 per person. A regular taxi is about $10. (Negotiate the price on the return trip before you get in as the price sometimes seems to change!) The resort is about 1/2 way between West Bay and West End so it is quiet and very laid back. Paul and Tommy are very accommodating and will go out of their way to ensure you have a great holiday. There are some groceries and fresh fruits and veggies in West End but not much in West Bay.
If you are looking for party central or wanting to be where the action is, this probably is not the place for you. If you want laid back, beautiful beach and the opportunity to meet like-minded people, I would highly recommend checking out the Turtle Beach Resort.

A little piece of paradise. Excellent.
Situated 15 minute walk along the beach to West End in one direction and West Bay in the other, this property is in a perfect location.
Paul and Mary are gracious hosts, friendly and accommodating to all their guests.
The grounds are tranquil with lush green foliage and interesting local carvings and other quirky decor are found throughout the property.
Each accommodations are unique, rustic and welcoming, varying in size and style to suit number of guests, budget etc.
The beach is peaceful, and great place to snorkel close by the dock. The beach, grounds and accommodation are kept impeccably clean.
There is a BBQ and pool for common use, and full kitchen in each unit. (Our taxi driver stopped at a large grocery store on the way from the airport so we could purchase provisions).
There are many great restaurants in both West End and West Bay and water taxis are readily available, but a beautiful walk if you prefer.
I highly recommend this resort, we had a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Loved this place!
This is a great location between West Bay and West end. A beautiful place and very relaxing atmosphere! Great snorkeling out front and dive shop is only a couple of doors down. The staff was extremely accommodating too. Will definitely be going back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

12 wonderful days in paradise
We had our lifetime holiday here -12 wonderful days in paradise. Location is simply unbeatable one – it’s calm and quite, far away from noisy crowds but still close enough if you need to get to the shop or restaurant, just 15 minutes of beach walk to the left or to the right. On the left hand side you’ll find several very decent eateries even closer, just 5 minutes’ walk, including posh dining in Ibagary hotel. If you don’t want to cook your breakfast in your villa you can get one on the beach, next to the Turtle Beach, open from 7AM. You don’t need to walk any further for diving shop – it’s also in vicinity, 50m to the left. Access to the sea is very comfortable which might be of great importance to the ladies. If you want to swim to the coral reef in front of the hotel (around 500m), I recommend using diving buoy –there’s boat traffic crossing your way. It shouldn’t be forgotten to mention that the one doesn’t have to travel far from the hotel to satisfy their diver’s soul – there’s plenty of wonderful diving sites just nearby. The walls, swimthroughs, canyons, crevices, fish and corals in perfect condition – you’ll find all of it. But if you are a freediver like we are you are even luckier because you don’t need anything, even diving boat - take canoe on the beach, it’s free for hotel guests, sail it to the reef, tie it up to the buoy and it’s all yours!
High sleep quality should be mentioned. I’m not sure about whom to attribute this to – either to Paul and his crew for maintaining order or to the tactful and considerate hotel guests for their nice behavior, probably both – we had great sleep quality throughout all period of our stay, Xmas and New year’s eve included. Our arrival day coincided with the end of heavy storm lasting several days which brought a lot of rubbish on the beach. It took Paul and his team less than 1 day to bring the whole beach territory back to its perfect condition whereas works lasted for several days in the other hotels nearby. Now I came to our nice little villa with Palapa deck. It has everything what is needed for 3-4 friends to have good time together. I didn’t try TV, it’s not my cup of tea, can’t tell you what is the choice. To cut the long story short - I started this review with the intention of having it balanced, with cons and pros for everyone to have their own opinion. Only now I understood that I couldn’t find any cons here.

Tons are within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute water taxi ride from our 85 ft. long dock. The Amazing National Park is 5 minutes away with zip lining, monkeys, macaws, sloth, iguanas and many other animals. Disc Golf and the Dive Shop is also 5 minutes away.
