Also on the main level is a queen bedroom (full bathroom not en-suite) which also has a TV and DVD player. On the second level is a guest king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and private deck with stunning sea views. A fourth guest bedroom with a full bed is also located on the second floor and offers an en-suite bathroom and private deck with the same commanding views of the water. There is also a gallery landing with an office area and queen sofa bed. The living area offers and open floor plan with vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows for an amazing view of the Bay of Honduras and the Honduran mainland. There are two comfortable couches in the here, one of which is a queen sofa sleeper. Off the living area is a full wet bar, and off that is the dining area. The dining table has seating for 6, which can be increased to 8 with the addition of an extra leaf. A granite countertop separates the dining area from the kitchen, keeping all guests together. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, ice maker, oven, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and chilled water dispenser. Guests will find the kitchen very well appointed, with everything they'll need to cook a fabulous meal. The outside space is amazing with both shaded and sun bathing decks near the private pool to kick back and relax. There is an outdoor bar constructed of Honduran hardwoods and granite countertops, with ice maker, sink and refrigerator. A second bar/counter with stools overlooks the sea, and a gas BBQ grill. Rounding out the pool deck area is a dining table with seating for 6. It will hard for guests to decide whether to spend their time indoors or out! Please note that while the home has enough comfortable sleeping for up to 10 persons, the base rate is based on 8 persons. There is an charge of $50 per person per night for extra guests. Additionally, past guests have commented that the home cannot accommodate 10 persons comfortable on the living area couches, and a group of that size would split their dining experiences between the indoor and outdoor dining tables.
