Positioned in Subiaco's most desirable pocket, known locally as "the golden triangle", this home is located on Axon Street, just near the intersection with Park Street, in the centre of "old Subiaco" and only 200m to Rokeby Road. It is a lovely comfortable split level townhouse with it's own private front, side and rear courtyards, with pretty gardens to sit in and enjoy. The house has it's own street frontage with undercover parking for 2 vehicles. It has three bedrooms, the master with a queen bed and the other two with doubles. The master bedroom is huge, with it's own sitting area and 2 balconies. We loved our week-long stay in this comfortable, sunny townhouse. The generosity of the managers was appreciated - a well-stocked kitchen with extras like oil, condiments, and cling film, welcome treats, tissues, laundry powder, the list goes on. For anything else needed, it is an easy 5 minute walk to an excellent market for groceries, gourmet items, and wine. Also an easy 5 minute walk to Subiaco's restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The location is great - a quiet street close to Subiaco's action, with good public transport links. The city is a 5 minute drive, or easily accessed by train or bus. The accommodation was comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The WIFI worked well. We will hope to stay again when in Perth.
