The space
The studio has been laid out extremely well, in that the flow or "feng swey" is exact. The details are perfect to accommodate a couple or small family. Again the best and primary feature is the Terrace and ability to be on the beach within a minute.
Has one large King bed and one sofa bed that can hosts a couple with a child people comfortably.
Includes all living amenities.
Services offered include: Airport Pick up and Drop off, Cleaning Services, Private Chef Services, Car Rentals, Bike Rentals, and Tours and Excursions.

During the months of June until October guests will be in charge of paying electricity. The CFE or electricity commission of Mexico charges 4 pesos for every k/w of energy used. The method for extracting the energy used is done by taking pictures of the electricity meter before and after check in and check out. Data will be compared and upon checkout the remaining portion of the deposit will be reimbursed.

About the neighbourhood
Nuevo Vallarta is a lagoon which has many bridges and roads that intertwine and is situated directly on the coast. Considered an extremely private area and gives a feel that cannot be found anywhere else on the bay or in Mexico from my perspective.
Within every nook, every entry point of Neuvo Vallarta you will find clusters of great restaurants and bars that will please the most difficult eaters and the best drinkers!
Close to supermarkets bars and some of the best restaurants in the entire area.
Getting around
Taxi is my personal preferred method of getting around for those visiting a short time. Its safe available 24/7 and the famous white Nissan car is marked taxi Neuvo Vallarta, and will always be found in all tourist zones, restaurants, public places and basically anywhere you go you will find one.
Public transportation is available and passes Aria Ocean every 30 Minutes.
Be sure to ask security to call should you be unable to attain one during those super bust times such as new years and Christmas.

How to get there
Airport pick up available upon request.
If families are larger than 4 people please use airport shuttle to Aria Ocean or taxi service.
Follow principal highway until Neuvo Vallarta and get off at the last exit before Bucerias and follow to the coast. Take the round about and Aria Ocean is the first condo on the right hand side.
