This studio is absolutely beautiful, well planned out and laid out, and host an unmatched pool and ocean view 180 degrees which can be seen from the terrace.
The unit self is quite large having enough space for a small full kitchen seperated from the main room, walk in bathroom with full amenities, service quarter with laundry machines, and a beautiful and very quint patio. The Bed is a full size that is nicely palced bith stationary and has the capicity to be recessed into the wall. A memmory foam pillow top was added to endure thats guests are sleeping in the upmost comfort.

My apartment is suitable for children ages 2–12 years old and infants under 2 years as well. Aria Ocean under no circumstance is suitable for pets. Owners are the only exception however not too many owners have pets.
Smoking allowed on al common ground and we ask nothing more than respect and general consideration.
Parties and events allowed should they be in accord with the owner of the condo and noise level respectable. No noise is permitted after 11pm.

Nuevo Vallarta is a lagoon which has many bridges and roads that intertwine and is situated directly on the coast. Considered an extremely private area and gives a feel that cannot be found anywhere else on the bay or in Mexico from my perspective.
Getting around
Taxi is my personal preferred method of getting around for those visiting a short time. It's safe available 24/7 and the famous white Nissan car is marked taxi Nuevo Vallarta, and will always be found in all tourist zones, restaurants, public places and basically anywhere you go you will find one.

How to get there
Aria Ocean is located in the beautiful confines of Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit. This truly amazing area has gained its popularity for the beaches being extremely clean for the Pacific Ocean, and its newest development of the Cirque du Soleil theme park in association with Vidanta Resorts.
Aria Ocean can be located in colony Flamingos which is found by taking the flamingoes exit off the principal highway #200. If heading from Puerto Vallarta to Nuevo Vallarta it’s located before Bucerias. If coming from Guadalajara it can be reached in about 4 - 5 hours taking the Cuota or new highway system that makes the ride a simple and pleasurable journey.
