Where to visit in the Bahamas
The Bahamas has a variety of top-class beaches which are among some of the best in the Caribbean. Among some of the favourite beaches in the Bahamas include Guana Beach, Treasure Cay Beach, and Tahiti Beach. These palm laden beaches have golden sands and clear blue waters. As they have some of the largest coral reefs these waters are great for scuba diving and snorkelling, and other water-sports such as boating and sailing. In addition to this, these beaches have a variety of beach-side villa rentals along the coast. Aside from beaches, the Bahamas is also a great destination for golf and is a venue of the PGA Tour. Among some of the great golf courses in the Bahamas include the Trent Jones designed Reef Golf Course, Cable Beach Golf Course, South Ocean Golf Course, and the Lucayan golf course.
Family holidays in the Bahamas
Large villa rentals can be ideal for large groups and families. Such villas can have a range of dining, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Family resorts such as the Atlantis Resort offer weekly holiday villas for families, as well as various holiday packages. At Marmaris beach there is the great Atlantis Water Park, and the Pirates of the Caribbean museum in Nassau is also a fun museum. At the Dolphin Encounter on Blue Lagoon Island you can also swim with dolphins. As such, the Bahamas is a great destination for family holidays.
