Places to visit in Ibiza
Ibiza has plenty of exotic beaches, and a number of beach-side villas that will put you to within walking distance of them. Some of the more notable beaches in Ibiza include the Cala Salada, Cala Conta, and the longest beach of Ibiza Playa d'en Bossa/Platja d'en Bossa. Along these beaches lie the crisp blue Mediterranean waters that are ideal for water-sports such as windsurfing, jet skiing, or even banana boating. Notable resorts in Ibiza include San Antonia Bay which is a top Mediterranean resort with a variety of beaches, bars, and water-sports. In the south-east of Ibiza lies Ibiza Town which has a buzzing port area. Ibiza Town also has the Dalt Vila, which stands for high town, the old town which is a UNESCO heritage site. At the top of Dalt Vila lies the cathedral of San Maria d'Eivissa.

Day trips in Ibiza
To the north of Ibiza lies the Can Marca Caves at Puerto de Sanguel beach. The caves are open with guided tours, and the Sanguel beach is also worth a visit. Near to Ibiza Town is Aguamar, the biggest water park in Ibiza which has some great slides! Also worth a boat trip is Ibiza's sister island of Formentara, and its capital San Francesc. Alternatively, with a few holiday villa rentals in Formentara some prefer to stay at the small island. Formentara has further great beaches, and transparent waters which are great for snorkelling.
