"Very relaxing holiday."
This is a very easy to live in cottage with comfortable sofa's and furnishings in the lounge, very well equipped kitchen and super comfy bed, all spotless. Very relaxing ambiance both in the cottage and in the glorious garden. The chickens are an added bonus, lovely to watch them pootling around the garden.
"A wonderful week spent in a wonderful cottage"
The location is superb the cottage is surrounded by trees yet when the sun shines the patio and lawns are bathed in sunshine.
The accommodation was very comfortable, the surroundings extremely relaxing and the entertainment, provided by the local badgers, was unique.
"Perfect Wye Valley Retreat"
It's cosy and warm, has a lovely sun room (perfect for reading while listening to the birdsong all around), and it's but a stone's throw from the river if you want to walk sections of Offa's Dyke or just pootle around the picturesque village of Brockweir.
"Great location, quiet, badgers and birds"
Good location - walking distance to Offa's Dyke, Wye River walks, and Tintern Abbey. A short drive from Brecon Beacons, Llanthony Priory and only about an hour from Hay-on-Wye. The wildlife was fantastic (badgers every night, a wide variety of birds etc) and the views over the valley are great.
