"Perfect setting for Mum's 90th"
Westcove is a great place for a rest, but also as a base for seeing more of Kerry, with its beaches, colourful hedgerows, sea, lakes and stark mountain landscapes.
"Stunning Location and Beautiful Home"
From the house, it's a quick drive to a couple of nice area restaurants and pubs. The nearby beach was gorgeous! It's the first fine sand beach I've seen in Ireland.
WIFI was fast and reliable. We based ourselves in Pier Cottage and wagon-wheeled out into the surrounding country-side. The Ring of Kerry, the Dingle peninsular and the Beara Ring (not given its just deserts) were all easily accessible.
"Wonderfull stay in Caherdaniel"
The house is located within a short drive or a 20 minute walk to the village of Caherdaniel where there are a couple of nice restaurants and pubs and also a local shop Freddies for your daily supplies,a unique experience in itself !!
Waterville is 20-30 minute drive depending on roadworks, with a beautiful stoney beach and artisan shops, lovely place for a picnic.
