Clean, comfortable and a good location for the area. Very dog friendly. Did not think much of the local pub, the Royal Oak, you should find somewhere else.

"Absolutely Perfect"
We always book 5* dog friendly accommodation, on previous occasions we have been disappointed with the standard, not this time though we were both very happy and our dog Reuben loved his walks along the beach everyday. There is a pub on site that is dog friendly. Would highly recommend, could not fault it at all.

Nice furnished accommodation close to site amenities pub restaurant gym swimming good access to beach and nicely positioned for trips into Filey and Scarborough .the site is dog friendly which was great and during our stay it was all responsible owners keeping dogs on leash and cleaning up after them.we would reccomend and will return to the bay

Perfect location to visit Filey and Scarborough. Our dog loved the walks to the beach and being fussed in the dog friendly on site pub. Will definitely stay again!

It was in a great position to just go across the car park and be on the meadow, which our dog loved. Had all our meals in the dog friendly pub. Receiving keys etc from Skelwith properties was very straight forward.
