We stayed at Ushuaia from Thursday 12th to Sunday 15th.
The hotel is beautiful , it looks a dream . But reception staff were arrogant from check in .
We stayed in a superior room , booked as a package holiday through British Airways . On arrival they needed €300 deposit per room .
As we were 4 girls on this break , with two rooms booked we were put on the 5th floor . Room 503 and 505.
Our booking included breakfast , which works well and is really really good. No complaints for the breakfast even the staff were amazing . But there were birds picking on the cakes which were uncovered.
On Friday later afternoon my friend went to take a shower , as she was bathing the glass door in the bathroom shattered injuring her shoulder and hand . A doctor was called and a spanish report was given by the doctor .No formal apology was given and nothing came out of this accident .
My friends were moved to a suite which is quote big and has a jaccuzi . Im not sure if its worth the money but its perfect for couples rather than a girls trip.
So if you stay in a suite you get a glass table with proper chairs and if you are in a double superior you sit on a wooden table with plastic chairs .
The attitude of most of the staff is appalling , I didnt quite enjoy this break as from day 1 on check in its been unpleasant .
The pool is good and was quite warm but the staff there arrogant too .
I would stay somewhere else rather than Ushuaia . Beautiful hotel shame about the arrogant employees who have no customer service skills .

I am pleased to read that the breakfast met your expectations, and that you felt the staff at the beach was doing an amazing job.
As I have been infromed our reception supervisor was very concerned about your case, and went beyond the proccedures by coming to your room, and assiting the girls who had the excident in all possible ways. The hotel has called and paid a doctor to provide any report you would need for you doctors at home.
We are very sorry for the incident, and have apologized on numerous occasions including via email.
