I spent 3 days in this hotel, on business with a group of approx 25 people.
the conference rooms were large and spacious. some were pre arranged and there was no way to re-configure the room..
the individual rooms were aesthetically pleasing, however in terms of usage, things were placed high, I am 5'2 and had to climb on a chair to use the coffee machine, and one of the lamps.
There is no control over temperature in the room, my room did not go below 25oC the whole stay...
when we (there was more than a few of us with the same problem) asked at the front desk, they said there is nothing we can do... the air conditioning only turns on next week... they would not change rooms or offer a fan, nothing...
I do not recommend this hotel.

Not so good: the wall is paper thin and I can understand the contents of my next-door people's talk. Water pressure for shower is quite low. No shop on site so you cannot get fruit juice (soda and water are in the mini-bar). I was not able to connect my laptop with WiFi at all and the hotel does not have Ethernet cable for rent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my six night stay during an event at Centre Bell. The room was not overly spacious but fine for my needs. Even thought it was bitter cold outside, the hotel kept the temperature toasty inside, while still leaving me the ability to cool down the room as desired. The staff was excellent and I must extend special kudos to the breakfast room crew. They were exceedingly friendly and accommodating, and by the way, the buffet breakfast is excellent. The only negative was a persistently unpleasant sewage-like odor in the lobby, perhaps caused by construction around the hotel. Fortunately, this odor didn't effect the restaurant.
All in all, it was an excellent stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here on a return trip to Montreal.

Location was great, rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. We went to Montreal for a show at the Bell Centre and we could easily walk there. There are coffee machines in the room but we hoped they would have free coffee in the lobby which they did not. Also, if I returned I would ask to stay on the front side of the hotel - there was a lot of noise in the back (garbage dumpsters I think). All in all a very good stay at a reasonable price. I would return!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times to go the Habs Games at the Bell Centre. The location can't be beat for our purposes. The staff are always very friendly. The hotel itself is a bit worn, rooms are spacious but have a bit of wear and tear. Underground parking available which is great in the city.
