The Bridge House: a boutique Hotel / luxury Bed and Breakfast by the River Wye, with spectacular views across the banks of the river to Ross-On-Wye. The Bridge House is a luxury, family run bed and breakfast adjacent to Wilton Bridge, and only a few minute's walk to the centre of Ross-on-Wye. This hotel was exceptional. Kevin and Kathryn were great hosts. We had one night, really to see how our Dog would be in a hotel situation. We have always done self catering before. Our Dog was very good and settled down over night beautifully. My husband and I had the best nights sleep we've had for ages. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. We had a bottle of wine in our room, after we had eaten out at lunch time. (We didnt finish the bottle) !! Our breakfast was on another level. I had Salmon and scrambled eggs on a muffin, my husband had scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, Bacon and a home made hash-brown. We had toast and fruit juice and yoghurt with green tea. It was to die for. We only had two priorities for our stay one was dog friendly the second was EV charging. So we were happy. They had both!. Will deffinately return. Thank you both.…

Fantastic. Cannot recommend enough. Dog friendly and spotlessly clean. Beautifully decorated to high standard. Friendly professional proprietors. Very comfortable bed. Incredible shower. Breakfast amazing. Fresh fruit salad. Brilliant eggs Benedict- the best I have ever had. Husband had full cook breakfast both mornings which he really enjoyed. I had chefs special an avocado dish which was smashing and a very nice change. Easy walk to town. Beautiful views. Electric charging point. Plenty of parking.

What a beautiful B&B overlooking the River Wye with the town looking down from the hill (just a short stroll along the river away). Very comfortable beds and rooms… more like a country house. Excelllent hosts who are rightly proud of their accommodation and service. Wonderful breakfast served in their dining room, fresh flowers and white table cloths!! The guest lounge is comfortable with a well stocked honesty bar. Really enjoyed our two night stay xx

The Bridge House takes B&B to a different level. The house is so well appointed and comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully presented and the atmosphere relaxed. The bedrooms have everything you could need and any products are of top quality. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice and very generous quantity. Kathryn and Kevin are wonderful hosts and have certainly created a very special experience. The location is perfect and very convenient for exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

A warm welcome on arrival, the accommodation is excellent. The breakfast menu is second to none. The quality, presentation, and service are also excellent. Lovely garden setting and maintained to a high level. Great outdoor sitting areas. Within easy walking distance of the town centre along the bank of the River Wye.

The Bridge House is in a beautiful location overlooking the River Wye and Ross and Wye itself. The hosts Kathryn and Kevin were welcoming and attentive, the interior design was quite stunning, our room was very comfortable, the breakfasts were outstanding and our stay was most pleasurable.

Beautifully situated across from Ross on Wye in well tended gardens this small hotel ticked all our boxes Friendly welcome. Kathryn and Kevin are lovely hosts. The sitting area with honesty bar is ideal however we were drawn outdoors with our chilled Sauvignon blanc in such clement weather. Room two has a lovely, tranquil view of the garden and Ross on Wye opposite. Shower pressure is superb. Noble Isle toiletries are good. The large soft white towels are always the winner for me! Breakfast is ordered the evening before but Kathryn did say changes were possible at breakfast which was good to know. Good quality ingredients. The fresh fruit medley and salmon were excellent. Bed and linen were very comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly hosts. Breakfast is delicious and we really enjoyed our two night stay. The garden is large and peaceful with a beautiful view. It’s easy to walk into town either along the main road or the river side. The hotel has an honesty bar with ice and lemon and comfy seating. I would confidently recommend the Bridge House for a stay.

We had room 4 on the first floor with the 4-poster bed, overlooking the front of the house and road. Triple glazed windows shut out the noise. Nice comfortable bed. Plenty of space for clothes. Luggage went easily under the bed. Superb walk-in shower facility with large overhead shower and supplementary hose attachment, with good temperature range and pressure. Breakfast was very good throughout the stay. Main menu choices handed in the night before with an estimated time of arrival. Beverages, juices, toast served in the morning. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us tips for where to eat on a Monday evening (several local places shut or don't do evening meals on Mondays). No problem with filling our water bottles with iced water each morning, which was a nice touch. Parking was round the back overlooking a mowed field and the ruins of Wilton castle. The property gardens were very pretty and afforded good views of Ross-on-Wye in the distance. After crossing the road bridge, the footpath immediately to the left takes you along the river bank to the lower reaches of the town: say 15 mins walk at a leisurely pace. The Tourist Information Centre has plenty of maps, and there are good views over the river from The Prospect and the terrace of the adjacent Royal Hotel.…
