Since Oct 2007

50-64 year old male

Northern US

I am fortunate to call a beautiful and historic city, Boston, my home. I grew up a die hard Red Sox fan and still am able to attend several games at Fenway each year. The 2004 World Series victory will always be one of my fondest memories, particularly since I was lucky enough to attend both games at Fenway. Although Boston will always be my home, the Yucatan has become my home away from home. The local people are some of the warmest and most gracious people I've ever met. They are a big part of why I visit at least once every year. The region has an incredible and facinating history that I feel drawn to. I often think that I must have been Mayan in a past life! Who knows, maybe if I play my cards right, I'll retire there some day. After all, Boston winters are no fun!
