50-64 year old male

im middle aged and widowed. i travel with my partner and/or my adult children and their partners. i like to blend in, and like old typical resorts. i tend to avoid anything too modern, anywhere that sells roast beef dinners and sky sports. i dont wear a football shirt. im not cultural but i like there to be culture - i just dont want to get involved in it. anywhere in france is perfect but ive had wonderful holidays in turkey thailand and usa. foodwise i like value and im as happy paying 4.99 in an ember inn as i am paying 50.00 or more, provided its worth it. i like food to be a bit adventurous whilst still following traditions. the tandoori chicken and pasta with green olive pesto just didnt work! alain ducasse at the dorchester was an unforgetabkle experience but then the rockfish grill in bristol is the perfect restaurant (only if you like seafood!!)
